Where are you located?

Juniper Tattoo Company

73 N 1st Street
Central Point, OR 97502

Do you take walk-ins?

Sometimes! Tattoos are primarily appointment-based, except flash events.

You are welcome to stop by to see the studio, view our portfolios, and inquire about walk-in availability.

Please be understanding if it is necessary to schedule an appointment for your tattoo.

How much do you charge?

Rates will be increasing 2/1/26. Book before then to take advantage of my current rates!

My rate is $160/hour, and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book.

My minimum fee is $100 which covers up to 30 minutes of tattooing.

For larger, ongoing projects I offer half-day and full-day rates.
Half-day sessions are $550 for 4 hours.
Full-day sessions are $800 for 6 hours.

An estimate is provided during the booking process, though the final cost will ultimately be determined by time.

Due effort will be made to communicate your budget for every session.

What are you MOST interested in tattooing?

My favorite styles are: fine line, realism, watercolor, delicate ornamental, and custom script.

My preferred themes are: floral, botanical, animals, crystals, gems & jewelry, mystical themes, and fantasy.

What are you NOT interested in tattooing?

Though I am open to reworking older tattoos, I will not finish a custom piece recently started by another artist.

I will not tattoo the following placements: face, side of finger, palms, soles of feet, inner mouth, genitalia.

We strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for all people, and therefore I will not tattoo anything prejudiced or hateful. Also, while I am body positive and accepting of others’ lifestyles and choices, I am not comfortable tattooing sexual themes.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please submit custom tattoo requests through my Booking form.

Be as thorough as possible to eliminate many days of back and forth discussion and clarification. You will receive a response via text.

How do deposits work?

A deposit is required to secure the appointment date(s) for your tattoo.

All deposits paid are non-refundable.

Gift cards do not act as a deposit.

After you inquire and we discuss an estimate for time and price, a booking link will be sent to you. You can self-schedule, and pay your deposit by card at the same time.

You are welcome to stop by the studio if you wish to pay cash.

You may reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. If you cancel the appointment, or no-call/no-show, your deposit is forfeited. This would also be cause to terminate any future sessions with you.

When will you respond to my inquiry?

I do strive to get back to everyone within a day or two. Sometimes life is hectic and demanding, so I fall behind on correspondence.

Your patience is appreciated!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash is preferred, and I also accept debit or credit cards.

I will not under any circumstances accept a check.

When can I see my design?

The design will be available for review and finalized at your first appointment. Some elements may be freehanded (drawn directly onto your skin with markers) to contour with the body or work around existing tattoos.

I do not send out images of my custom artwork. I understand that this requires trust, and it is appreciated. I will not accept a project that I do not have the skillset for. Also, I generally assume that inquiring clients have reviewed my work and connect with my aesthetic and style.

Can I bring a guest to my appointment?

Absolutely! All I ask is that you limit guests to ONE at a time. Please be mindful that your guest is following shop policies and not being disruptive to myself or other artists working.

If you have a shared appointment with another client (what we affectionately call a tattoo party) no additional guests are allowed. You have each other’s company already!

Minors are not allowed in the studio.

How can I be prepared for my appointment?

Please read my Pre-Service information.

Can I use numbing cream beforehand?

It is only safe and appropriate to prep-numb for small tattoos in sensitive areas, such as areolas. I cannot tattoo you after you have applied numbing cream to a large area.

I do have Bactine available free-of-charge during your session, which has the same amount of lidocaine as most tattoo-branded numbing cream. Although you cannot prep-numb with it, using it mid-procedure brings relief and can help with endurance.

Please contact me if you have questions.

What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?

Please read my Pre-Service information.

Your appointment may be rescheduled once per deposit, with at least 72 hours notice.

Deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.

If you cancel the appointment, or no-call/no-show, not only is your deposit forfeited: this is cause to terminate future sessions as well.

Please be considerate.

How do I take care of my tattoo?

Please refer to my Aftercare Information.

To Clean: Use fragrance-free, liquid soap from a bottle. Never use bar soap on your tattoo. I recommend Dr. Bronner’s Unscented Pure-Castile Soap, or Dial Antimicrobial Liquid Soap.

To Moisturize: Lightly apply a thin layer of ointment or lotion. I recommend Aquaphor the first few days of healing, then unscented lotion, such as Cetaphil or Lubriderm. If you prefer plant-based products, I have had great experiences with shea butter or Hustle Butter.

What is your touch-up policy?

I am no longer offering free touch-ups at client request as this implies an error in my application. If there is a foreseen need for a follow-up session to ensure quality of your tattoo, I will make those arrangements with you.

Otherwise, you will be charged hourly for a follow-up session under normal circumstances. If you have future appointments planned with me, I would be happy to include minor touch-ups at another session.

Failure to comply with aftercare instructions may halt any further projects.
